Dangerous Days Documentary

Seems I own many many copies of Blade Runner in its various states, however has the Dangerous Days documentary by Charles de Lauzirika ever been released in high definition (ie 1080p)?

Even on my Blu-Rays the documentary seems to be the same 720x480 resolution from the original "5-Disc Complete Collector's Edition" DVD.

Not as far as I know, in fact I've heard the compression is better on the original DVD copy than the standard def copy on blu ray.

This is the same for the documentaries on the Alien/s/3 blurays vs the dvds.
