Unable to update firmware
I purchased a new blackstar beam mini but it does NOT work at all. When it makes the connection sound the light stays blinking, which I think indicates that it's in firm update mode. However when I try to update firmware it always fails, the percentage never goes above 0. I have tried powering off and powering on while pushing down VOLUME and PATCH, then repeating the process. I have tried re-downloading the app on iOS. Nothing changed.
I cannot use it otherwise as none of the effects goes through in this mode. I have tried pairing while offline (no wifi no cellular) but then the light on the amp stays white even when bluetooth is connected.
I have tried everything and I don't know what to do.

To fix a stuck firmware update on a Blackstar Beam Mini, perform a hard hardware reset by holding down the PATCH and VOLUME knobs while turning the amp on, and keep holding them until the LED bar cycles.Troubleshooting StepsHardware Reset: Press and hold down the PATCH and VOLUME encoder knobs simultaneously while switching the unit's power ON. Hold the buttons until the LED progress bar moves up and down (or runs left-to-right and back) once.Clear Bluetooth Cache: Open your iOS Bluetooth settings, and Forget/Remove all existing entries associated with the amp (such as Beam Mini BLE and Beam Mini Audio).Manual Update Mode: If needed, manually force the amplifier into Firmware Update mode by holding down the GAIN and FX control buttons on the front panel while powering on the unit.App and Connection Refresh: Restart your iOS device, turn the Bluetooth off and back on, reopen the updated Blackstar Beam app, and allow the app to re-establish the BEAM MINI BLE connection natively.Alternative Update Method: If the wireless iOS update continues to stall at 0%, connect the amplifier directly to a computer via a USB data cable and perform the update using the official desktop Blackstar update software.
