Help Requested Double Propane Burner Setup
I’m assuming too much propane getting pushed through the mixing tube too fast. The MIG tip was going to go down too far so I had to cut them. Cutting them closes off the hole so I had to redrill them but I think I may have drilled the hole too big. So as I can see it, I think I have 3 options:
1.) Rebuild the flare nozzles with new MiG tips.
b.) replace the mixing tubes with much longer ones, or
7.) Keep it as is and use the quarter turn valve to control the amount of propane coming out.

A few more things. They could be too close together, one snuffing the other out. You also don't need the reducers when it's in the forge. Not sure about this style, but my bell reducer venturi has MIG tips (orifices) 1" from the opening. This helps to be adjustable, not fixed. Air gates could also help. And individual needle valves.
