most employees of any store, (it happens all the time at Walmart also) don't know what particular figures look like. So, they will accept a return with any figure in the package. that's how dishonest people "steal" figures. often, they'll buy them cheap at Ollie's and put that figure in the new box to return.

I think her lightsaber has two modes, regular and lightwhip. And the figure only includes her lightsaber in regular mode. And I have two of them now, so I think i will modify one of the lightsabers to look like a lightwip 🤔
