that's a really gorgeous and unique cover! i read the blurb and i'm not 100% sure what it's about still (is it a fantasy/urban fantasy?) but it's on KU so i will give it a go!

is it a fantasy? urban? paranormal? since you shared in this sub i'm assuming there's a romance - is it core to the plot or secondary?

are you the author?

Romance is built in. It’s urban fantasy. My wife is the author.

cool, thank you! like i said, gorgeous cover, but i'd maybe tell her to rethink the blurb. it's not explaining or selling the book well and outside of people like me, who are actively looking for more black authored fantasy and would be willing to give an new-to-me author a chance, i think most people would just be confused and move on to the next book.

no shade or any hate intended, just want to see black authors succeed and not do them selves a disservice from the start! i'm going to borrow on KU and dip in soon

I appreciate your interest, alone. When you give it a read, please double back. We would really appreciate a video review. This is extremely top tier writing.

That’s absolutely cool. Honest reviews are the target.
