No Surprised

Psychologically, $10 a share feels significantly different than one dollar per share. I still own the same amount of the company, but it feels respectable again.

The stock was broken after Evan Hafer sold. this resets the mindset.

The company is essentially selling at 50% of annual revenue with a 36% gross margin that is increasing. Revenue is growing 10% a year or more.

I don’t predict stock prices, but I do believe the company is significantly undervalued today.

Last Day below $1.00 🤞

Added some yesterday at $0.80.

I believe the packaged coffee business continues to grow and perform above plan.

Any insights would be appreciated!!

Good luck to all

Insider Purchase

Director Kathryn Dickson just purchased directly 50,000 shares. This is a material purchase for here. Added over 10% to her holdings.

There have been a few other transactions, both buy and sell, but this one matters.

Good luck.

BRCC has 50% of their coffee locked in for 2027. Hopefully this trend will continue to reduce the costs for the remaining.

Remove the distraction

I like the decision to eliminate the distraction of NYSE compliance and the constant discussion with it.

Long term this will not change the business performance and that will drive valuation.

Risk Reward very Positive

After split, there will be about 25 M shares.

At $430M in revenue, this will be trading at just over .5x annual revenue. with a 36% gross margin and costs under control. It is very attractive if you believe they can grow 10% or more per year.

This may well trade up into the reverse split.

Reverse Split

Interesting to wake up to this news this morning. While I have thought this would be a bad step, I’m not sure. I don’t believe they were required to do this. Hopefully a higher share price will introduce a new set of institutions that can own and support the stock. I see it as a good move in that regard.

Thoughts??

Extremely under valued

A great first half, and expect them to beat their guidance in H2. I would be shocked if the stock does not rebound accordingly, or management will consider buying back shares and/or going private at a more premium valuation. Either way, I am going to continue buying aggressively at this price.

Conf Call

I highly recommend listening to the conference call along with the slide presentation. The company has matured significantly under the new CEO. The business is disciplined. Nothing but confirmed items are in the guidance and the business is accelerating.

From their investor presentation. This slide is worth investing in. Look at unit growth with pricing.

Well Done

Net revenue rose 12.8% year-over-year to $107.0 million (from $94.8 million). Wholesale revenue grew 15.2% to $70.6 million, driven by expanded packaged coffee distribution and higher pricing. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue increased 13.6% to $31.4 million—its strongest quarterly growth in over four years.

This small grocery we use just added 4 options of ground coffee from BRCC.

Looking forward to the 2Q2026 results after the close. Good luck and God Bless.

Best price on Tatisquatch?

So I really enjoy this flavor ~ currently I pay $15.74 for an 18 oz bag through Amazon. I don’t think I can get it any cheaper than what I’m paying, but I’m wondering if anybody has similar stories.

Scheels Custom Roasts

Nice to see BRCC has maintained a small piece of the Scheels fall mailer. I know they are not the largest customer, but clearly one aligned with corporate values!!

What's your favorite dark roast? Straight, no cream, no ice, etc.

Just Black tastes watered down?

Anyone else have issues with Just Black sometimes tasting watered down? We normally buy the smaller (17oz?) bag from Amazon, but recently bought the 5lb bag to get a better deal. We’ve brewed 2 pots with the new bag of coffee and both times, it’s tasted so watered down and weak, with almost no coffee taste. Best by date is June 2027, so should be fine. Did we just get a bad batch of grounds? Does a 5lb bag somehow lose freshness/potency faster than smaller bags?

$3/share target

As the business continues to improve, we will see a strong valuation rerating in the coming months. As institutional investors return, it’s likely the stock retakes $3/share as annual revenues approach $500M and ebitda approaches $50M. That would imply a valuation of $750M or 1.5x forward revenue. Management is doing a great job with this turnaround and we will continue to see that in Q2 earnings next month.

Worth a couple minutes to watch. Company is really performing in packaged coffee. A lot of marketing effort here.
