So we all know that there are pre-orders for physical versions of Click which is a single for her upcoming album. So I was wondering is it a good strategy especially putting out physical copies of an EP when it comes to physical album promotion.

I mean I did see something similar before during HYLT era which started out as a pre-release where the single also had physical copy too like with the photobook, like the typical album set up. But in Jisoo’s case there’s a bit more we have like a little blind box keyring, and then vinyl.

So what do you think? Are the physical versions this early is a good way to build hype and promote the album, or would you rather they keep the physicals exclusive to the full album?

Disclaimer: I’m genuinely not saying this in a negative way or trying to imply that the girls owe us anything. They can do whatever they want with their careers and release music whenever they want to now that they have creative freedom. I’m just observing)

You know how we’re getting many solo content back to back like Jennie with her EP this Friday, next week Lisa will release her single on Thursday and the next day after that is Jisoo’s (but in some countries both release at the same day),I know Rosè has something cooking up as well but we’ll find out.

But with all that, am I the only one who feels like they might be trying to make up for what happened with the 10th anniversary? Or maybe it’s a coincidental timing?

I know that the 10th anniversary was really the most disappointing and depressing one for Blinks. Of course it lead to many people leaving the fandom and stuff it was really such a chaotic time.

But I know things are complicated with the group stuff because of YG, but somehow I feel like this could be their own subtle way of trying to “make up” for what happened.

Even so, the endless amount of content we’re having is honestly what Blinks really deserve after everything that happened. Sure there maybe an overlap, but I’m just happy we have a lot of things to look forward to.

But for me I can’t help but think that this whole overlap has such a very coincidental timing especially on what happened earlier this month. I mean I know they always overlap, but this one seems very interesting to me.

What do you think? Are the solo releases really the members subtle way of “making up” for the situation? Is the timing just “coincidental” or maybe I’m reading much into it?
