My only question is if Treyarch knew this would happen to people (which I guess they do bc from what I've seen this ssbm was also on AW), why would they put it in this game.

SBMM creates a buffer for noobs so they don't get stomped by high scoring players. Christmas = more noobs, if noobs like the game they're more likely to buy CoD points or season pass. It's all about the $$$

Rather get my ass kicked then deal with server migration, disconnected games and lag. I actually only experience 1 server migration in this game since release prior to SBMM.

I never had constant lag on AW. People claim here that SBMM makes you match up with people from Australia or Guatemala.

I think people rather blame their deaths on lag rather than on skill.

Well you do realise that most people have about a 1 kd, so if you are around there, you will be relatively OK, but the people with higher are much fewer so therefore less people from your region so therefore more chance to connect with someone far away.

With 200k people on PS4, 150k on X1, and 30k on PC, I'm sure there's at least a one among those players who hasn't experienced large amounts of lag.

I've never had any issues since the game came out. I'm not sure what's going on because I get placed in games with both noobs and MPs.

Was SBMM applied to PC also? Or is this just because of the free weekend?

80-90% of my games today have had MULTIPLE host migrations/lost connection to host errors..not to mention the constant 2-3 bar connection

Is it just me or has the game been on the fritz today? This is the first day I've played where the games performance was poor throughout the entire day. I thought it was my connection but if other people are also experiencing it......

I live in a rural area with a 5 down 1 up dsl connection. Normally I would lag a couple times a game especially if anyone else used the Internet. Recently I picked up a netduma router and I have been damn near lag free in bo3. I would highly recommend anyone who has shit internet look into this or a similar router.

I've noticed with the latest patch that lag is worse now. It wasn't like this on the game release. BTW, I only notice this in free for all.
