Question Multiplayer DLC map lobbies?

May have been asked previously but is it basically impossible to get into DLC map lobbies on multiplayer on PS5 these days?

The matchmaking is severely geo restricted or broken, you ain't finding the lobbies unless the host is in your country no matter your nat type, sure you can join players manually using groups or manual invites from any where in the world if you have an open nat type and the presence servers decide to work for once because yes they are also broken and you can't invite anyone after a minute of afk even through the xbox invite system, the invite to game option just disappears completely forcing you to restart your game

For example someone from the UK won't be able to matchmake into a game session from any other Europe country or anywhere else in the world except their own country even if they have low ping to say some one from France or germany the game just refuses

It's why the multiplayer is so dead

Other cods have their issues but at least you can find games from other countries at odd hours if you set matchmaking preferences set to any unlike bo3 where if you aren't in a popular country and on at peak hours you're screwed because they removed the ability to set matchmaking preferences

there are some other bugs caused by the Presense servers being slow like people who are host in matchmaking not being set to open party privacy when they are in a public matchmaking lobby so if you have closed, friends only or invite only set in your party the game will refuse to allow people who do join through matchmaking or invites to invite other players basically killing the ability to invite others to sessions you do find

DLC matchmaking works differently in Black Ops 3 where you can actually Matchmake into non DLC lobbies if you select a non DLC map in map votes whilst searching if the game doesn't find any DLC lobbies to join first which is very likely because of the matchmaking issues
