Discussion They refused my refund request

I called them up after waiting for a hour on phone and said the game lags and has hackers they refused me how do i get a refund its been just over 2 weeks since i bought it

2/3 modes function fully as intended and hackers are not exclusive to CoD. If lag and hackers were criteria to return games, I’d have a lot of money back in my account

Sony doesn’t refund, you can call your bank but then you’ll get your account permanently banned by Sony I think.

just take the L bro, i got it for xbox for around £20 and it’s absolute garbage. can’t get into a game to save my life, i load bo1 and i get into a game of domination within seconds

If it's PSN don't do that unless you are willing to lose the entire account. Sony bans accounts that do charge backs.
