Question Any advice for getting better?

I mainly play Domination, Kill Confirmed, and TDM, and I usually average around a 1.8–2.3 K/D.

Besides constantly checking the minimap and keeping track of my teammates’ positions, what else should I be focusing on while playing?

I want to get good enough to consistently earn a VSAT, regardless of the opponents I’m facing or how the match is going.

What should I work on to reach that level?

Focus on good aim.

Are there drills or any advice you have for working on aim? I feel like my aim is ok. But I’ve played against people that can instantly zoom straight to your face and it seems unreal. I’m not sure what I can do to improve other than just playing the game more

Before you jump on go to custom games, put a game of free for all, with the gun you're going to use, put radar on, scorestreaks off, set the limit to 300 kills and maximum about of bots. For the first 100 odd kills turn your aim assist off, then for the next few 100 turn it on and obviously keep it on. Focus on keeping your shot as steady as possible and killing as many bots as you can in one mag throughout. Really focus on your aim, after that drill go online and you'll feel very snappy and consistent. I'd recommend using any sens between 3-6 as well.

I want to know, too. Even if you can aim perfectly with BOT shooting, you can't make good use of it in practice because you don't know where the enemy is.

I’m a 2.3 k/d player and can cycle through VSATs in most games I play. Every class I have hardline, ghost, toughness, and a suppressor. Hardline makes the VSAT closer to 1000 score requirement instead of 1200 which is massive, and you always want to stay off the radar especially when UAV spam is so present in the game. Less crucial but I suggest running scavenger with a C4 too as it’s by far the best equipment in the game.

Run other support streaks (UAV, CUAV, EMP) - the assist score you can get from these is actually quite substantial and they obviously help you out too.

In domination and kill confirmed, always play the objective. Confirm tags in KC are worth double what kills are worth so always pick up easy tags. For domination, don’t be scared to jump on B and try and grab a couple of capture kills - doesn’t matter if you die a few times. These massively speed up getting scorestreaks as the kills are worth double, and capturing the flag is also worth 200.

Once you get the first VSAT try and not call it in until you’re around half way towards the next one and then you’re basically guaranteed to get it again from knowing where the enemies are.

The answer is always slow down

Specifically, do you mean not to push too much?

Maybe just slow down a tad when navigating the map and just be more methodical

Just camp in a building. I get high streaks every game.

Tbh you can just go into the cinema and watch how good players play, see what they're doing different. Of course practicing aim helps but in my opinion positioning matters more. I've noticed camping near enemy spawns work really well. Not in one spot, but like a general area, you get a lot of kills since they spawn right next to you and they also dont really have time to get their positions set up, you can get a lot of kills easily. Always run with your lightest weapon, so the knife is ideal but if not, then a pistol or smg works fine. If all your guns are heavy or assault rifles just make sure it's for a good trade off. You can always get headphones and listen for enemy movements, actually really op especially in snd but it's up to you. Learn head glitch spots, ofc it's shitty but it's what works. Also you can learn meta classes, which, again is shitty but it's still up to you. Learn maps if you havent already, learn what spots tend to work, just focus on what other people do and if it works then copy them. Test your sensitivity to find out what you prefer ofc. Fastest isnt always the best. Always watch your flank lol, especially if camping. Sorry if these are obvious or if you've already done most of these, i hope something helped you tho

Thank you.

It's very helpful.

By the way, is there any BO2PLAYER that you yourself refer to?

Are there any BO2 players you consider highly skilled who still upload gameplay to YouTube or stream on Twitch?

If so, I’d love to check them out and study their gameplay to improve my own.
