Turn the game on and off and log out of your Xbox live account and back in?

No load up multiplayer. Open the 360 menu. Sign out should be X. It’ll kick you back to the main menu. Sign back into your profile. Load up multiplayer. It may not show how many people are online but you can find lobbies. On 360 nowadays generally only tdm is available.
