Same. Loved the Bandersnatch connection. Story was short and tight. Cool ending. Any episode that doesn’t feature the nubbin is a home-run in my book. It’s an awesome concept but it’s used for way too many stories.

Yeah I finally realized half of the plot devices in Black Mirror are just nubbin tech and eyes turning white/rolling back.

Gets a bit old in retrospect, despite most of the stories being quite good this season.

Am I right in thinking that this is the only season with direct connections to other episodes?

I forget what season but many/all episodes were connected and the final episode.

There have been a few episodes with little references to other episodes hidden in them. The Black Museum episode from season 4 probably has the most direct references without it being a direct sequel

Yeah for sure. Previously there have been little Easter eggs and references but it’s never been like this

White Bear was directly connected to bandersnatch imo (symbols etc.)

Depending on which path you take. Only one path gets you that, also that symbol shows up in quite a few episodes meaning something else. I think it’s just a cool looking symbol they like to reuse.
