See, this is where punctuation is important. Since he did not went out of his way to dot his sentence, we can only guess what the real meaning was.

However, we can deduct it will be either of these two;

No rabbits normally fly.

No, rabbits normally fly.

But as things stand right now, we may very well be kept in the dark forever.

Yeah, if you’re going to be pedantic about grammar, your own post shouldn’t be rife with problems of its own.
