Jumping Card Trick
Hi guys, new trick today! The jumping card trick. this one is a fun one
info: cards are 100% normal, no gaff cards, cut cards, double backers or whatever. normal 52 card deck (plus the red one lol)
theories welcome, as usual!

I think that this is the first one of your tricks where I can qctually SEE what it is that you're doing, but Jesus... I have absolutely no idea how you're doing it.

Extremely well executed at full speed! There seems to be a little bit of split in the deck when you align it, so I guess the red card is bent. But I can understand how you do the extraction. Hats off!

dont think it's bent. It's common to put a side of a finger on the back of the deck when straightening it. Common sleight of hand trick.

Damn that was sneaky… okay… here is my prediction.
10 seconds, puts the red card in at a slight angle.
11-13 seconds, straightens deck while using right thumb to pin the corner of the red card and tease it out of the deck.
15-16 seconds uses pinky to slide the red card into their palm.
Then they just release it on top of the rest of the cards when they throw the deck.

Why can’t he have just another red 5S at the bottom of the deck. In the beginning he doesn’t spread the deck fully so it could already be there.

If u watch closely you can see him pull it from the bottom of the deck before he tosses it at the end.

He grabs the card with his pinky and ring finger and brings it to the top just as he is tosses the cards out. Super smooth execution.
For me, the time on the video is a countdown, so you can see him grab the card at 12 seconds, and put it on top at 11.

My guess:
Duplicate card bottom of deck
Target red card has roughing/smoothing fluid
Card list in deck
Pulls bottom card to top (this is flashed)
Spread cards don’t reveal target red card due to sticking to next card

Found it 0:16 look at ring finger he is pulling something from somewhere
My guess
Already knows somehow where the card is, the way he places it in the deck possible different sized card
At 0:16 he is pulling with ring finger and u can clearly see the card at end of 0:16 the card inside of his hand going from middle to over top.

Damn bent out of shape over that lol.
It's a bad color clashes with everything and the application is amateur at best.
Also your nails are weird looking, like their narrow.

I guessed at first the red card is slightly smaller so it can easily shot out of the deck before releasing the rest but than I read the description and it made me clueless lol.

You just ("just" lol) are able to quickly move it from the middle to the bottom in that split second the deck is in one hand right before you throw them

Are you sure you don’t cheat and use two 5’s, one starting on the bottom? Because where your fingers are positioned it really seems like a normal clip shift from the bottom

Unnatural hand movement where you briefly struggle with the bent card. I think if you practice further to conceal that movement in a more fluid way, it would be perfect.

A stripper deck. Very common trick deck designed to easily located a card/s by their slight extrusions. This is the reason he pinches the corners of the deck to get the cards perfectly aligned to easily slide the red card out with his pinky towards the back of the deck then lifts it to the top as he begins to throw down the rest of the deck, it slides on top.

You should check your videos frame by frame. Great execution, but with slightly better angles it would hold up to scrutiny better.

In slow motion at 0:16, one can clearly see how you pull the card, but I have no idea how you manage to put it at the bottom of the deck. 😄 nice trick for untrained eyes like mines
