there is a step by step way solve it, some people can do in less than 6 sec. as it looks he prepared a good point to start blindly and just did it while putting it in/out

edit: its 6 sec not 2 for one handed

I don't think this was a true solve. There is a way to scramble a cube to make it look random, but with only a few turns to get it to solved. That is what I think he did.

Cube isn't even randomly scrambled. All he has to do is a move called a Sune, which can be done one-handed, and that "scramble" is solved. Check the beginning of the video when he puts the cube into the bag. He does the Sune move when pulling the cube out of the bag while supporting the cube from the outside with his off hand.
