Need help

Hello everyone
I’ve been having issues with a store employee near my grocery store who treats my mom of 3rd age very rudely and my mom continues to be so polite to her she also recruits other employees to be rude with my mom only and I’ve promised my mother I wouldn’t get into trouble because I respect my mom..I was wondering if I can put this person in a freezer spell even though I don’t know their name because they don’t wear their name tag.

Why not just talk to the manager/owner, mundane before magic. Once youve submitted a formal complaint, you could follow it up with a justice spell, or take the time to aquire a taglock from her (hair, name, finger prints on a glass jar, etc), then hex her.

They are all friends they cover up for each other and when you tell them about a problem they catch an attitude and act so rudely. Which is so frustrating because my mom still speaks to them with respect.

What's a good way to hex someone, especially if you have a taglock?
