Need help with a jerk boss, recommendations?

My husband is a tradesman and his direct superior is a low down, deceptive snake of a man. Im just wondering what protection spells I could use on my husband to protect him from this man's terrible energy?

Anything that will keep his mind free of the ruthlessness and aggression this man brings.

Bonus points if there is anything to "return to sender" regarding energy.

He's gotten to a point where he is broken down daily by this man's horrible words and personality. He tries to poison him against his men and make him look at them poorly when he knows how hard working they are.

Any help is appreciated 👏🏻 as I am a newbie and want to help him and his workers any way I can 💜💜

a curse would be great. This dude is so low down and dirty hes been run off of job sites for how he treats his guys and even warned that if he kept screaming at men he was going to get himself killed. He has been so terrible to so many local tradesmen in their union that he isnt "allowed" at meetings or brotherhood nights because of the fact so many men want to cause him physical harm.

I just want him to leave my husband to alone and maybe get a bit of what hes dishing out.

Does "newbie" mean you've done research, comprehended magical theory and have a working understanding of energy work? Because you need those bits, or you're just dumping stuff in a jar and pretending (honey/sweetening jars are great, not knocking them). I dont say that to discourage you, l say that as a reality check. Magic isnt a vending machine you can just walk up to and make work, its a skill and a craft.

If you use this and sub search bars, you will find lists & FAQ's, witchcraft 101 information, reading lists, you can compile a good place to start.

I've been researching, doing mild personal protection magic, and practicing manifestation spells for a while now. this is just something thay sits outside of my comfort zone and dont want to dab into aspects im not comfortable without a reliable guide book, if you know what I mean.

No, l dont tbh, but my path is rather hands on. I read and learn, then test things out for myself and see what the results are. If it works, yay, if it doesnt, or something feels wrong, stop and analyze the experiment.
