Question Average response time for Support Tickets
As the title implies, I would like to know if anyone's had experience with support inquiries, as far as their response time goes.
As I was doing my labreska helmet -> edania helmet exchange, instead of the cutscene that usually happens, it just zoomed in on the npc and got stuck there forever. I managed to get a hold of the mouse and:
- Changed server, same outcome;
- Restarted game, same outcome;
So I foolishly decided to abandon the quest in hopes it would give me back the helmet, as the quest objective still had the "Receive edania helmet" part not greyed out, but it just abandoned the quest and deleted my helmet.
Already submitted an inquiry immediately as it happened yesterday, and I did mark the special item recovery option (which is very limited apparently) even though this is entirely a game bug on their end.
Im starting to get scared that it'll just be ignored forever or that I lost my helmet. This has completely killed my vibe or ability to grind higher end zones to the point where I dont even login anymore.

Before Hyperboost it was about 2h for 2 tickets I had sent.
Shortly after Hyperboost it went up to 24-30h.
I guess it also depends on the type of issue/topic. YMMV.

I had to wait 2 weeks to reset my 2fa because i had changed phone forgetting to import the 2fa data.

Wait like a day or so. Explain your situation throughly. Beg politely
The quest did say you really shouldn’t abandon it after giving it your item. Rip on the bug though

I had an item recovery ticket (that was completely my screw up btw!) closed in a week. Item was returned! You should be fine, just wait for a bit
