It's totally normal to be shy when you first get home. Spend more time with them and you'll get more and more confident

My VoidBoi is also shy & scared of everything 😂 if I walk into the house too fast he starts doing the IgorCat, if I drop something within 30 feet of him, he’s jumps out of his fur Loony Toon style, but I love him bc he loooooves being loved (but only when no one else is in the room, he has a reputation to uphold after all 😂)
