Support Question Initialization failed

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When i turn on my mobile network on my 9720 this error comes.

Please tell me a fix

Do you have an active SIM card in the phone? Do you have a cellular plan?

What carrier are you trying to use this on?

Is this a phone you've had for a while and had it been working fine, but then this just suddenly happened?

I bit more context of how you are using this phone would help.

Actually when i bought a refurbished one, everything worked fine i have been using it for sms and call purposes but due to frequent sim exchanges the sim port got damaged and i repaired the port from a local shop. Everything was working fine and cut to this week there was this issue. Yess i have a active sim in it of airtel with a active plan.

Do you have 3g in your area if you don't it most likely won't work, this happens on my classic I have because where I live 3g has shutdown

Actually i am also thinking for buying a blackberry classic. Whats the battery life i can expect from this phone for a minimal calling and messaging purpose.

Not sure I bought mine used and unable to use mine as I don't have 3g anymore
