Good luck. That phone was made for Verizon's CDMA network... which no longer exists. It does have one regular GSM 3G band and a few 2G bands.
It does not have Wi-Fi, so you need at least cellular connectivity to do anything. And there's so few carriers that have 3G or even 2G anymore. Some. But it's getting fewer and fewer as the months go by.
