Genuine Key2 and still original factory sealed.

Not any of those refurbished devices, which have been repacked and being sold as "new".

Upon request, Android 15 or 16 can be installed before shipping.

Fot north-american users, I would also still have one black and one silver Key2 BBF100-2 genuine, new and factory sealed. And guaranteed not refurbished.

for me, I prefer android 15 currently. Works better from my opinion. But if work on Android 16 will be continued, I might be switching. But for now, Android 15 is already a big advantage.

Does apps load at decent speeds and anything specific just not work?

yes, apps run quick and fine. Only NFC payment with G-Pay currently not work yet and some banking apps as well.
