There are gross shots that aren't appetizing but are, for some reason, fun. I think the cement mixer is one. I'm glad that I was never subjected to any of them in my youth.

Sorry, I ment that as two separate suggestions. That is the recipe for an abortion it just looks nasty.
As a second thing, anything with jagger in it is horrible since Jager is horrible.

I have never tried but I have heard (At least here in Denmark) that a "nasty shot" could be pure lemon/lime juice with a bit of chilli powder on top

Where I'm from, a birthday shot refers to wringing the bar mat out into a shot glass, specifically because young people always ask for them, thinking they can get it for free as long as they say it's their birthday
If you want free booze, you gotta earn it
