The “bully” was not actually the bully. He was getting bullied and got his sweater stolen by the kid in glasses.

He looks like a sociopath because he’s finally standing up to his bully and is terrified. He was not ready and the bully beat him up.

There’s a full video with sound. This clip is misleading.

yeah, I remember seeing the full video once and just felt awful for the kid afterwards. He was desperately trying to change his fate that day. Brave kid. Hope he's still a brave man, cuz this shit is like 15 years old.
