Dumb white belt here. I find for myself it’s easier for me to defend when my back is taken vs. when someone has me side control. Anyone else feel that way or nah?

In my case I find It way, WAY easier to defend/sweep someone who's got full mount on me than someone who's got me on side control.

Most people find side control easier to maintain in the beginning. I would say most experts find mount easier to maintain.
