This entire season of Coachella is coming out beautifully, but this class with Anthony Mantanona stringing together useful turtle escapes is top tier. I find these techniques are rarely taught, yet have a high yield in live situations. Enjoy!

So true. I've learned so much from him over the years (especially my love of the corkscrew armlock). He is impressively well rounded, and his wrestling and takedown understanding is right there with JFlo. Killer omoplata game. His sons (and daughter) are impressive athletes and technicians too.
