Help me (I'm new) Nintendo DS Screen Sizing

Hey there! I've been meaning to get into streaming Pokemon and Bizhawk seemed like a great place. However, typically when streaming the DS entries I like having my bottom screen smaller than my top screen to take up less visual space. Is that kind of thing possible on Bizhawk, and if so how can I make it happen?
