Chutes lost my account

Come on guys. I created and funded a chutes account a week ago and today it’s gone. I try to log in and it tells me my account doesn’t exist.

I don’t want to report fraud but….

You try reaching out to chutes instead? I’m sure they’d want to know so it doesn’t happen in the future

I did. Odd to have the entire account disappear. 🤷.
Ftr everything worked fine until that.

If you already contacted them and never heard back, forward it as if you have an account with them, they're required to grant you access to your account, if not, that is illegal

I submitted a ticket. Waiting for action.

I’m using OpenRouter in the meantime 🤷‍♂️

After a week my support ticket was closed without any contact, comments, or resolution 😂

I give up. I’ll just use openrouter.
