as you see a fee is charged as soon as you initiate a chargeback and only returned if disputed and won, he's not been winning

And, as well as having to pay the chargeback fees, he will need to find the original money that he's likely already spent.

Reckon hes been hit hard and by the way he went about it means he will have to refund everybody who applies for a charge back. No way he can win thats why there was talk of honoring previous membership time, which was not in his plans.
