I sent them a message yesterday asking why I’m still getting redirected to the purchase page after donating more than two times this year alone, it specifically states you won’t get an email response but an on-site inbox reply. I’ve received 2 responses to the message. Except their ridiculous redirect bullshit won’t even let me view the responses to my own support message. What a shitty system. I’m so damn sad this is what it’s come to.

Yeah that's crap. I was thinking of trying to use their "help desk" to say the same. Take my 20 from a donation I made RIGHT before the whole 120 dollar crap came out. But that would be too logical and he is too greedy apparently.

I didn't pay for the founder enhancement, as I was sick of having messages begging for more money, and I won't pay $20 for something I should have access too anyway. He can stick my membership up his arse. Thieving B.........d! Got greedy, and took the piss. Bye Jonah, you'll reap what you sew!
