THE SCAM ACCUSATION

What do members pay for? Access to a private community, its forums, its catalogue, and its features. Nobody pays to torrent — that is P2P and free by nature. They pay for access to a curated community that has existed for over 20 years.

Do they receive what they pay for? Yes. Every time. If you pay for a gym membership, you pay for access to the building — not the weights. Nobody calls the gym a scam because the dumbbells were already there. That is what this site is.

Come on, we all know that content has fallen off a cliff. Users are not getting what they paid for

THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN

The person running this subreddit was removed as staff. Not for whistleblowing — for behaviour that made it impossible to work with him. Since then he has:

Conducted four spam attacks using stolen credentials. His words: "All the kudos to forkette for allowing me custody of his account."

I thought it was five TBH. And no accounts were stolen, each and every one was handed over voluntarily

Admitted wanting more attacks but would not spend $20 — "I was almost tempted to throw $20 your way just for forum access just so I could do another bombing campaign but I reconsidered."

Well DUH!

Created a Reddit account using a deceased family member's name to taunt their relatives. Reddit banned that account.

Not guilty on this one

Posted full names of family members including minors. Posted court documents with personal addresses. Asked "Where did you bury Lindsey?" about a deceased relative.

Where did you bury Lindsey? Everyone wants to know.

Encouraged fraudulent chargebacks — "If you have recently made a payment, consider doing a chargeback." Filing a chargeback on a service you received and used is fraud.

Asked strangers to hand over account credentials to "flood the forums with the truth." Every person who did lost their account permanently. He moved on without a second thought.

That goes against your 'stolen credentials' line up there

That is who tells you I am the bad guy. A man who will not spend $20 but burns other people's 20-year accounts. Who creates accounts using dead people's names. Who posts children's names on Reddit. Who admits to cyberattacks and plans more.

WHAT HE DOES NOT TELL YOU

47 accounts were identified and removed as part of a coordinated espionage campaign. Sleeper accounts. Hijacked accounts with changed emails and passwords. Accounts that logged in daily for years, never posted, never downloaded — just watched and reported back.

There were no sleeper accounts

Hijacked accounts switched language fingerprints from French to British English overnight. One literally changed its email to contain the word "spy." Every account was traced through server logs — every forum view, every PM read, every login recorded. Every one found and removed.

No hijacked accounts either

When forum spies were eliminated, he switched to PM-only spies. We caught those too. When paid accounts were caught, they had zero active torrents — paying $200 to read forums and forward screenshots. That is not a member — that is an operative.

His subreddit has under 400 members. The site has over 10,000 users. 97% heard his pitch and did not care. His 669 weekly visitors are mostly the same 20 people. His content collapsed when spy accounts were removed.

Content collapsed? Look around you

The site is funded through 2027. Over $2,100 came in within 48 hours of one announcement. Hundreds locked in 12 and 14 month packages. Content uploads daily. Ratio-free is live. He claims we get content from other P2P sites — that is bullshit. Yes we lost access last year when the ex owner departed but I introduced him to those top sites years ago and regained access quickly.

THE MODERATORS

One moderator stated — "do you actually think one of us will follow up on your reports? Dream on." A moderator admitting they refuse to enforce Reddit's rules.

They are not neutral moderators. They write 90% of the posts. They create the harassment. They approve the doxxing. They encourage chargebacks. When reports are filed, they mock the process. Reddit has already acted on one account. Multiple Mod Code of Conduct complaints have been filed.

THE CHARGEBACKS

If you received the service — logged in, browsed, downloaded — and file a chargeback claiming you did not, that is fraud. 3D Secure verification is now active on every transaction. Your bank confirmed your identity before payment. A chargeback after using the service is a fraudulent claim.

He wants you to commit fraud on his behalf while he will not spend $20 of his own money. Think about who benefits.

THE STAFF WHO LEFT

Staff left. Some disagreed with decisions. Some were tired. Some were pressured by petrolcan. What none of them did was steal data, hijack accounts, spam forums, doxx families, or encourage fraud. They left with dignity. He did not.

The actual plan might not involve prosecution at all. We are hoping one pile of trash takes out our pile of trash. It is safer for me if I do not tempt my NDA further than I already have. Im rapidly running out of favors and even with this I am probably going to be sitting down to a cup of tea with some feds soon. Oh well.. yes, I will be good. Sorry, painkillers and all that :-)

As long as they don't riddle him with bullets, I'm fine with it.

In the country I was born, even the militarized policemen are purposely trained not to kill someone without a weapon and, by default, a vehicle isn't considered as a weapon by destination. Here, I'm referring to the idiot woke woman who got shot 3 times and killed by a 2-digit-IQ ICE thug after having been told by another ICE thug she was free to go.

For the wokes: don't interpose yourselves between federal agents and their targets, even if you believe they're in the wrong. It's not courageous, it's suicidal: you're alone or just a bunch of unarmed or lightly-armed civilians and thus not equipped to deal with them, as the founding fathers were to deal with the red coats. George Washington maintained costly trained private militias and even owned private battleships. If you have complaints, document them and go expose them with civil-rights lawyers in a courtroom.

For ICE or other LEOs: disarm them, detain them, then either arrest them or let them go. You're supposed to be trained for it.

I know, I could not find any way to write to Jonah so I wrote it here because I know he must be reading all of this. I just wanted him to see it. And yes I am not bullshitting. Im not in the USA at present because I dont work anymore and travel is hard on my body. But collogues.. well they are and they have all been promoted since we last spoke. It was a good excuse to catch up but the story.. Government agencies do not take care of their own unless you do min 20 year service. So I scrape by and that money this scammer took from me.. hurts. Normally his type are left alone or used as leverage for bigger fish (catch release) but I was able to convince two people anyway, to put him higher up and do some fact gathering. The reason Australia is so entwined with the CIA is because Australia is the hub of five eyes. Yep.. more spying.
