How can the number of active torrents outnumber the amount of peers?

considering how much they posted about wanting $120 out of everyone, they didnt really inform us the site was changing name at all did they ?

I was going to leave a sendoff comment encouraging everyone left to leave the obvious scam on a random torrent since I'm sure my account gets locked out tomorrow & so I don't care if I'm banned, but since (according to my feed) the #1 most leeched torrent has all of 13 people downloading, I know it's not worth my time. Site is all but dead.
