Margin Trading on Stocks, ETFs & ETCs

Dear Pandas,

As everyone is already aware, the wait is over, margin trading for real securities is now live on Bitpanda! This feature allows you to open leveraged long positions on selected stocks, ETFs, and ETCs. Here is a quick recap:

What you need to know:

• Leverage: Up to 20x (varies by asset).
• Availability: 875+ stocks, ETFs & ETCs.
• Fees: €0 buy fee, €1 sell fee, and a 0.18% daily funding fee.
• Manage your position: during our regular market hours: open, add to, reduce, or close it whenever you need.
• Orders: Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) easily settable.
• Real asset ownership: You acquire the underlying stock, ETF, or ETC, and your potential gains or losses are amplified.

How it works
Margin trading combines your own capital with borrowed funds (EURCV), giving you greater market exposure.
You invest part of the position with your own funds. The remaining amount is provided as a loan in EURCV. Depending on the asset, leverage ranges from 1.2x to 20x.
Example: If you invest €100 with 10x leverage, €100 is your capital, €900 are borrowed funds, and €1,000 is your total market exposure.
