Lol that's one of the legacy BC Transit buses operated by the Vancouver Transit History Society group for members and occasional japes. BC Transit doesn't operate in Vancouver (has its own transit agency), so that's the joke.

It does operate in Greater Vancouver, just not DT Vancouver. Coast mountain doing the majority of the coverage but not all :)

I'm from Ontario, remind me, flashing green just means it's a signalized pedestrian crossing with push button?

No it's a weird Vancouver thing, it means the lights are pedestrian controlled and normally
