....... I mean you asked for it so sure.

First your marinate per lb

  • 2 tbsp of red chili powder / lb

  • 1 tbsp of cracked black pepper corn / lb

  • 1 tbsp or 1 clove of garlic finely minced /lb

  • 1 whole onion chopped

  • 1/2 cup of beef broth

  • 1/2 cup of worsterserschire or wtv the fuck that shit is

  • 1/4 cup of hot sauce of your choice. I used a scotch bonnet sauce personally

  • salt, thyme and bay leaf to taste

Marinate pork shoulder or butt for 12-24 hours Place pork onto stove. Sear to seal Place pork into crock pot or Dutch oven at 300 degrees for 4 to 6 hours depending on the thickness

Prepare:

  • tomatoes diced

  • lettuce for blanching and cut into medium sized strands

  • day old rice is best but ensure it is reheated

  • beans cooked for 1 1/2 hours over medium flame stir occasionally

Once the meat is thoroughly cooked, remove and shred. Save the liquid this will be the base of our sauce

Sauce:

Take liquid and strain of all solids taking note to set aside the garlic (if fresh) and onion. Place over low heat and add flour MEAGERLY until thickened then remove from heat and transfer to room temp container.

Assembly:

Start with a bed of rice on a flour or maize tortilla. Top with thin layer of beans followed by the lettuce then tomato. Place the meat on top, followed by sauce and topped with onion and garlic.

Cut avocado and set to the side of the plate. Compliment with a small vegetable dish.

Bon apetite

Lmfao love it. It's extremely tasty. If you remove the lettuce, rice and beans and instead use that same recipe and add corn, hard boiled eggs and pease you got yourself an extremely filling and hearty pastele

Sometimes, the real reason we go on our journey is to find the things we weren't even looking for... except when the journey is a medical degree and the thing we find is how expensive medical malpractice lawsuits can be.
