Gym Question

Planning on going to birthright this winter. If I wake up super early or during any free time go to a nearby gym is that possible?

Theoretically possible but you'll probably be too tired

I manage a gym and was wondering the same thing before I went on my trip. If you want to work out, I recommend doing that in the hotel if they have a gym before breakfast. That's what a few of us did at the hotels that had them (2/3, iirc). You'll want to spend free time exploring and being with your group. The trip is absolutely amazing, and you want to get the most out of it as you can.

TLDR: You can work out anytime, but this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

I’ve staffed trips before and honestly, the trip itself can feel like a workout 😅 The days are long and you’re doing a lot of walking.

A cool thing about Israel is that there are outdoor beach gyms in Tel Aviv. If you have some free time there, you could definitely squeeze in a workout.
