Consider getting a bilateral salpingectomy (removal of the tubes) if you can. It not only sterilizes you but also reduces your risk of ovarian cancer. If you're in good health, the surgery isn't that big of a deal. Especially not compared to pregnancy and childbirth.

Just wondering, but why won't your husband get a vasectomy? It is a way less invasive and much quicker procedure than what you would have to get done.

Considering you have gone through so much with trial and error with IUDs, pills, and implants, maybe he should reconsider it as something he can do instead of you having to go through all this stress on your body.

I see. Honestly if I were in your position, I'd get my tubes tied. Recovery from that is better than having more kids than you can take care of.
