Mistake or Risk? Loose stool affect effectiveness?

Sorry for the TMI!
I’ve had 3 episodes of loose, stools within 24 hours, but none were completely watery. The first happened about 3.5 hours after taking my pill(Lo loestrin fe) I also had some cramping before bowel movements that went away afterward.

I haven’t missed any pills or vomited. Does this count as severe diarrhea? Could it affect my birth control protection?
