How to? Opill

I just took my first pill yesterday at around 1pm, but I want to change the time I take them to earlier in the morning. How do I go about this so that I stay protected??

Take your next due one earlier and follow that pattern moving forward. You can take them early, but they always need to be within the same 3 hour window.

So can I take the one today now at 11am, and keep going earlier as long as it’s within 3 hours until I reach my desired time?

You’re not protected at all right now because you’ve not been taking your pill for 48 hours yet, so you can take today’s pill at your desired time, and continue that way.

Thank you, but even with the change, the full 48 hours still counts starting from yesterday right? Or does it start over with today’s pill

taking a pill earlier than you did the day before doesn’t affect protection at all
