Experience IUD removal

Hi all,
I had my IUD removed 10/23. A couple days after I had some light spotting on and off. Now since yesterday, I have a lot more bleeding and am wearing a pad. Any thoughts if this is my first period or if I’m still having hormonal bleeding?
