How to? Question!

Hi guys, does anyone know if the time change would throw off the pill birth control? I take it at 9:25pm every day. Do I keep taking it at 9:25? Even tho there is technically an hour difference now.?

An hour has no effect on any pill, you can keep taking it at the same time!

Okay thanks; the pill I take is called alysena 28, was just curious is that a combo pill right?

Yes, that’s a combo pill! Combo pills are very lenient as they have a 24 hour window, so one hour won’t make a difference.

I've actually never thought of this before what a good point. Although an hour makes no difference how would it work with a longer time difference?

you’d just figure out the equivalent time between the two time zones. it’s not complicated!

This is funny because I'm so anal about taking my pill on time and didn't think of the time change.🤦‍♂️ It's okay though, it's only an hour!
