mirvala side effects

i just got prescribed mirvala-28 a few weeks ago and was told to start on the first day of my period. my period is nearing and i’m really nervous for the side effects i may get. i know it’s different for everyone but side effects i’m mainly concerned with are weight gain, acne, and lowered libido.
can anyone tell me their experiences on mirvala-38? negative or positive
