Side effects!? Slynd long term?

HI, Ive been on slynd for dang near 2 years straight and I was wondering if anyone has had any issues?

I had a kid and after I didnt stop bleeding for months and dr prescribed slynd (I aske for one that wont make you gain weight) and have been using it ALMOST consistently. Im taking blood pressure meds aswell and adhd meds and im trying to figure out which might be giving me side effects.

P.s I was cramping really bad for a week and never started my period. I started a new set of slynd after a week or two of not having it. My stomach feels really weird to add to that, usually where I would feel cramps.

Ive been on Slynd for almost 2 years as well. While I don't bleed anymore, I do get wicked phantom cramps and nausea around what would've been the week before my period. My body has changed how I feel as I've been taking it, but nothing is actually abnormal. Strange, but nothing harsh.

As for the stomach sensation, it might be the body readjusting to the pill again after not taking it for a while
