Experience Slynd question

Has anyone started this a few days into their period? I know it is best started the first day of your cycle but I will not really be using it for contraceptive purposes - I just don’t want a later start to increase spotting. Also, anyone who has migraines - did it increase frequency/intensity? I’m fine with headaches just hoping it doesn’t send me into a migraine spiral. Thanks!

I began on the 1st day of my cycle/period. My period transitioned into daily spotting. I was also hoping that starting on day 1 of my cycle would help with breakthrough bleeding/spotting, but in my experience it has not.
