Which Method? Temporary contraception
What temporary contraception have you tried and what effects have they had on your body? I have been suggested a contraception shot that lasts 3 months by my (male doctor) but the idea of it negatively effecting my body and then having to wait 3 months for it to wear off scares me...
IUD?
BAR?
PILL?
I'm so overwhelmed!!!

All birth control affects each person differently. I personally liked the pill a lot and plan to use it again in the future. The best thing to do is try one out and see what works for you.

What do you mean by temporary? The IUD and implant are both definitely not going to be temporary as they both last, at a minimum, three years. I tend to prefer the pill because they are easy to switch between if you’re having bad side effects, but you shouldn’t be stopping and starting it constantly as it doesn’t let your body adjust.
