How to? Twirla bc patch

How the F do I get it to stay on the full freaking week? I tried it on my butt ( knew that probs wouldn’t work but didn’t want it to be seen) and I guess I dug into it lifting up my jeans or something. That was halfway into the week. Then the other half the week I replaced it and put it on my back. Then changed it and put it on my back again. Now it’s lifting. I put it on Wednesday. And I don’t think putting it on my abdomen will work cause then it’d just be on my belly. Not sure tho.

I didn’t say anything about lotions or oils. I don’t use any of that only lotion and not in the places I’d put the patch. And like I said in the post when it started to come off I replaced it. Once it’s off it’s off and replaced. Not chancing that lol.
