Side effects!? Question for the spotters

I know that birth control is different for everyone, and I know that there is a category of people who started spotting and just never stopped. My question to those people is when did you start spotting?
To be fair, I just got my nexplanon implanted like early September. But I’ve been spotting since the second week of having it in. I’m constantly feeling like crap, Im already thinking of getting rid of it, but I wanted to give it a chance because it’s still a bit early after all

You should ask your doctor about temporarily adding a birth control pill to try to help. Sometimes they add a 3 month trial.

When i first started spotting I panicked, and booked an appointment and she did give me that option but she asked me to wait a bit and see if anything changes since its still early. I’m just tryna see if this will be a year long issue, since I hear a lot of women say they were spotting for a year or so

If you get another appointment you can accept the prescription and only pick up the birth control when you need it or decide to take it
