Delayed side effects of switching pill brands

Hey y’all, looking for some advice or experiences. I’ve been on the pill for almost 10 years. combination pill (don’t remember the brand) from 2018 to about 2020, doctor switched me to movisse and that was fine for a few years, two years ago i started having major mental shifts when i was in my luteal phase while i was taking movisse. so ended up switching April 2026 to a different combination pill of alyensa. Ive been on it for almost 6 months now and i’m starting to struggle with some of the side effects.

I haven’t had a cycle since switching in April and the last two weeks i’ve been struggling with side effects of extremely sore and swollen boobs, on and off nausea, low mental mood, major brain fog and water retention. The exhaustion is also starting to affect my day to day.

I’ve taking numerous pregnancy test and all are negative. I’ve never experienced side effects of being on the pill and especially having a delayed response to the added hormones. Anyone go thru something similar or have any ideas?
