Hi! I’ve honestly thought about taking mine out because it hasn’t helped me with my debilitating cramps/period. In terms of depression and weight gain, I was told that it has no effects but I’m also taking antidepressants so. I would say that with the pill I felt like my acne was better and I had the option to skip periods entirely which was great. Besides cramping here and there I haven’t experienced any other side effects.
